Trainings are specific types of education based on interaction and using the multimedia (PPS, discussion, team games, examples of successful companies, workshops...), with an emphasis on experiential study. The attendants of DEKRA training get new knowledge and skills in one of the many offered areas of hard skills (business aspects) and soft skills (personal aspect), on both business, personal and group level.

Trainings are prepared (adjusted to meet the need the users) and performed according to AIF standards (International association). In the creation of the new scenario for one-day, two-days and three-days education we choose the modular approach - each module is a set of skills, tools and exercises of a specific area of personal or business development (communication, sales, teamwork, marketing…); modules are then combined to create a single training, depending on customers’ needs and IAF standards (the possible number of modules per day of training, compatible areas of personal or business development, etc.).
Besides sources of DEKRA Corporation, we follow world trends via professional publications in business &professional development areas. Thereby, trainings are based on checked and proved models, successful experience from the past (success stories) and actual business areas.
Training center services process:
- Informative conversation with a potential customer and defining the area of interest
- The modules recommendation by DEKRA that cover the predefined areas of interest.
- Accepting the offer and recording the condition for adjusting the module to client’s specific needs.
- Agreement about the training, location and other contents.
- Adjusting the training (scenario, modules, scripts, exercises).
- Realization of trainings, grading the teachers and giving out the diplomas.
- Report to the customer with statistic of the teachers’ and the group’s grades.
