Temporary employment
Temporary employment is a concept whereby DEKRA as an employer consigns its employees to the client. The agency signs the Employee consign contract, as well as employment contract. DEKRA’s employees have all the rights guaranteed by the Labor Act.

Database of CVs particularly collected for specific work places offers the client with a fast, flexible and complete response from DEKRA –ranging from one to a few hundred employees within one cycle. On the labor market, we are present with a unique network consisting of 11 branch offices, thereby covering the whole Croatia.
This work contract provides the employees with health and social insurance, they are permanently employed and are entitled to proportional free days for vacation, daily break, sick-leaves and holidays, as well as other rights regulated by the Labor Act.
DEKRA provides its employees with a maximum safety at work through insurance from damages happened at work, takes the risk of eventual absence of employee (sick leaves, vacations, unjustified absence from work etc.) , offering the client with a new employee.
Temporary employment process:
- Presentation of services of temporary employment that DEKRA offers and exchanging major information for making offers.
- Client’s acceptance of offer.
- Signing the Agreement on sharing employees.
- Selection process after defined criteria and deadlines, as well as signing the Contract with employees.
- Sending the employee to work for the client.
