Job finding-service is a project that covers defining client’s needs for requested position according to DEKRA methodology, choosing the best potential employees via various methods and sources of recruitment, as well as psychology selection process with the goal of narrowing the number of potential candidates and suggesting the best position based on determined competences.

DEKRA takes over the business processes of employer profile, recruitment and selection, reports and presentation of candidates, as well as the final interview.
The used methods of recruitment include scanning rich databases, request on DEKRA web site, head hunting and press advertising. Selection of the candidates is performed according to high DEKRA standards which include a process through few steps (checking formal conditions of clients according to predefined criteria and criteria that are harmonized with the client’s needs), tests of intellectual skills, questionnaires and procedures of personal nature, neuropsychological tests, and questionnaires for checking professional orientation and behavioral interview.
Depending on the clients’ needs, we provide interviews in written form “tailor made”, with professional questions connected to the requested position (key account sales manager, analyst, product manager, database administrator...). 
Individual situational tests (correspondence, self-esteem, organizational skills…), group situational tests (interpersonal skills, teamwork, tolerance …) and engaging external consultants to check the candidates’ competence are optional possibilities that are also available to the client. 

Job-finding service process:

  • Before signing the Contract:
  • Elaboration of the candidate’s profile for the requested position, consultations with the client (without financial commitment) about all the open questions connected to the requested position.
  • Collecting the candidates taking into account the methods mentioned above.
  • Selection of the candidates in few steps.
  • Written reports  and oral presentation of the suggested candidates.
  • Final interview.
